All items are handmade to order. Processing time is typically 1–3 weeks before shipment, depending on the item and order volume.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information. Delivery times vary based on the carrier.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other external factors. If a package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance, and we will support you as needed.

Because Stitch Therapy items are handmade to order, returns are accepted on a limited, case-by-case basis.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your request and determine whether a return, exchange, or remake is appropriate.

Returns are only accepted if items are unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is due to our error.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before production begins. After this time, your order may already be in progress and cannot be canceled.
