Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Lay flat to dry. Do not bleach or machine dry unless otherwise stated.

We currently ship to all 50 US states. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days.

Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to help.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a return, exchange, or remake. If your item arrives damaged or there was an error on our end, we will offer a remake or replacement.

Most Stitch Therapy creations are made with 100% acrylic yarn, chosen for its softness, durability, and wide range of beautiful colors. If you would prefer your item to be made with a different fiber, such as 100% cotton, simply include your request in the Special Requests section of your order. If your requested yarn is available and requires a price adjustment, I’ll contact you before I begin creating your handmade piece.
